Synthesizer V is a voice synthesizer program, similar to VOCALOID and UTAU. A majority of its voicebanks are AI-based, like VOCALOID6.

Synthesizer V uses 'ethical' AI, don't worry. Each voicebank is recorded with consent, and there's no ability to make your own voicebanks. No data is being stolen here!!Synthesizer V was ultimately discontinued and is no longer available for purchase as of Spring 2025, due to having been succeeded by Synthesizer V 2. This shrine is only for the original, though, as I have... uh, mixed opinions on its successor.
But worry not! You can find people selling their activation codes for SV1 and its voicebanks if you know where to look, and the site synthv.me has backups of all installers. This includes free (Lite/FLT) versions of all voicebanks who got free versions, as well as the free (Basic) version of the program itself.
I consider SV1 to be really good for people just starting out with voice synthesizers. I would highly suggest it if you're interested in messing around with one without spending any money, since the Lite voicebanks and Basic editor are completely free and aren't time trials; you can use them forever, is what I'm saying.
Starting in 2018 with Eleanor Forte (shown as the pagedoll), SV1 saw a total of 77 voicebanks throughout its lifespan, with an additional 6 voicebanks released after SynthV's discontinuation (as some SynthV2 banks were originally developed for SV1).
