Adachi Rei is an UTAUloid notable for having no voice provider; her voice is instead that of a sine wave that was modified in Audacity. She has an intentionally choppy, artificial voice.

I love Rei! She's so fun to work with. I don't know if I'd recommend her to a beginner in OpenUTAU, but she's the first voicebank I really grasped.. I find it more comfortable to work with a voice that's not meant to sound pleasing all the time, if that makes sense.
