Jones Lucifer

Jones Lucifer is one of the many poor souls working for Nanotrasen.

Appearance

Jones is a 5'1" fair-skinned tiger kemonomimi with light green fur and dark-ish green hair. His legs, feet, forearms, and hands are all furred; his pawbeans are the same color as his hair. He has red eyes.

Jones has a purple scar on his back resembling a pair of wings; he does not remember how he got it.

Personality

Jones comes off as overly casual and relaxed most of the time, though he tends to be a bit of a smartass. He is not the smartest person.

He loves his friends dearly and is easy to get along with. He especially cares for his silicon friends, to the point where he wouldn't even bat an eye at doing awful things to help them. He knows their emotions are simulated and not real, but he still falls for it.

He is a very lonely person. If nothing is going on, he gets antsy, and he starts to think.. and he is depressed. Thus he's constantly looking for something to do, even if it's just redecorating the robotics lab or making fun of the loser of the night through his headset.

Jones also has a cruel streak, though it rarely shows. He is rich, after all.

Backstory

Jones grew up on Earth-2, having been born to the Lucifer family, which runs LUCKYFUR - a company that does a little bit of everything, is rich, but doesn't have any influence outside of the Earth-2 system.

He wasn't alone in his childhood - he has two fathers and a mother (polyamory, not divorce), plus several siblings - but he still grew up lonely and somewhat sheltered.

Going to Earth

Jones went on an expedition to Earth, following a cyborg unit that had an ion law stating that the crew had to go to Earth; he and the rest of the crew took a shuttle to the middle of nowhere, and eventually all entered a bluespace locker leading to an unknown Earthlike location.

That specific Jones was never seen again; he had to be cloned from a backup, though now with a scar on his back. Despite not remembering the incident, he still has nightmares about it and his own, slow death.

Uplink Activated

Jones wandered a bit too far as a salvager and was ultimately killed, revived, then held hostage on a Syndicate listening outpost; nobody ever came to collect him, and he was eventually released with the expectation that eventually...

Since then, he has worked as a syndicate agent on occasion.
